POSTAGE
A postage charge of $9.50 will be applied to your order.
For smaller items such as fairy letters, fairy dust and hair accessories it may be possible to ship in a small padded envelope in which case your postage will be different. If this is the case please place your order, but instead of paying through paypal, please select direct deposit and l will email you confirming your new postage rate. For example, if you only wish to purchase a fairy letter or some hair accessories, this is lightweight and would ship for around $2.50. I am happy to work with you regarding postage - if you want a postage quote before ordering please contact me at fairybay@bigpond.com
Postage is free to all Australian buyers with purchases over $200.00.
Local pick up is also available.

The Fairy Bay will endeavour to ship your order within two days of your payment clearing.
Exchanges and Returns Policy
You will need to contact us within 7 working days if you wish to exchange or return a product. You may contact us by phone or email. Proof of purchase is required and goods must be returned in original condition. Items will not be able to exchanged if they have been used or worn. The Fairy Bay will always offer exchange for faulty products, again proof of purchase will be required so that the manufacturer/supplier may consider the course of action to be taken. We will endeavour to reach a conclusion as quickly as possible |
